Making Pumpin Pie Filling, Naturally
In early November Denyse and the boys harvested five pumpkins for the pie filling. We cleaned them, baked them, and then packaged the natural pumkin filling for future use.
We make breakfasts naturally almost every morning. Some of our favorites are homemade pumkin bread, pumpkin waffles, and pumpkin pancakes.
What a fun way to eat naturally. Enough pumpkin for an entire year -- for only $5!

'Atta way! Do it like the pilgrims did... it's the only way to know what's going in the ol' bod. And it's cheaper to do it yourself, too! Love it.
I forgot to mention... pumpkin YOGURT! I make the yogurt myself, but for those without these tools, just add plain yogurt to pureed pumpking, add cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, nutmeg, vanilla and honey to taste, and VIOLA! Instant, nutritious, scrumptious breakfast, "pudding," snack or dessert.
